- THEN SEASON LIBERALLY WITH 2 BROTHERS ORIGINAL
SEASONING.
SMOKE FOR 4 HOURS AT 225* UNTIL DONE. THE RIBS
SHOULD BE TENDER BUT NOT DRY.
REMOVE FROM SMOKER AND SCRAP SKIN FROM BACK
OF RIBS. PLACE SKIN SIDE DOWN ON A HOT GRILL,
PREFERABLY CHARCOAL, BRUSH WITH 2 BROTHERS ORIGINAL
GRILLIN’ SAUCE AND GRILL FOR 2 MINUTES.
TURN OVER AND BRUSH AGAIN WITH 2 BROTHERS ORIGINAL
GRILLIN’ SAUCE. GRILL FOR 2 MORE MINUTES
AND TURN AGAIN. THIS TIME SEASON WITH 2 BROTHERS
ORIGINAL SEASONING AND SERVE WITH 2 BROTHER’S
GRILLIN’ SAUCE ON THE SIDE. |
