GRILL ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL DONE.
IN A SMALL SAUTÉ PAN,
- SAUTÉ ONE MINCED SHALLOT
- ½ TSP. MINCED GARLIC.
- ADD THE JUICE OF ONE LEMON
- 2 TBSP. WHITE WINE
- A PINCH OF SALT.
BRING TO A BOIL
- ADD ¼ LB. BUTTER CUT INTO CUBES
- 4 TBSP. 2 BROTHER’S ORIGINAL GRILLIN’
SAUCE
- WHISK TOGETHER UNTIL BUTTER IS COMPLETELY
MELTED.
REMOVE FROM HEAT AND POUR OVER FINISHED CATFISH
FILLETS. BE READY FOR A REAL TREAT. |
