RUB CATFISH FILLETS WITH OLIVE OIL AND 2 BROTHER’S ORIGINAL SEASONING.

GRILL ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL DONE.

IN A SMALL SAUTÉ PAN,

  • SAUTÉ ONE MINCED SHALLOT
  • ½ TSP. MINCED GARLIC.
  • ADD THE JUICE OF ONE LEMON
  • 2 TBSP. WHITE WINE
  • A PINCH OF SALT.

BRING TO A BOIL

  • ADD ¼ LB. BUTTER CUT INTO CUBES
  • 4 TBSP. 2 BROTHER’S ORIGINAL GRILLIN’ SAUCE
  • WHISK TOGETHER UNTIL BUTTER IS COMPLETELY MELTED.

REMOVE FROM HEAT AND POUR OVER FINISHED CATFISH FILLETS. BE READY FOR A REAL TREAT.
